• "User", "you", "your" means any person accessing or using the Service, including Residents, Maintenance Staff, Admin Users, and any other account holders.
• "Content" means text, data, information, images, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or displayed through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Not share your account login credentials.

You are responsible for any activity under your account.

If you subscribe to any paid features of ApartmentSync:

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• You agree to pay applicable fees for your subscription.
• Payments may be recurring, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• We may change pricing upon notice.
• No refunds will be provided unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its contents belong to ApartmentSync or its licensors.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

ApartmentSync may delete your account and any associated Content.
